Bragg has carved out a niche in earning the trust of NFL coaches, players, and their family members. His ability to turn relationships into content was on display during the inaugural season of Hard Knocks In-Season (HBO) featuring the Indianapolis Colts. During an on-location shoot at former Colts’ Head Coach, Frank Reich’s house, Reich mentions on camera “Courtland is the only reason why we are doing Hard Knocks…everyone loves NFL Films and knows the product will be a 10/10, but, I still need that personal connection – a trust factor – so I told them if you allow Courtland to be a part of this show or run the show, I’m in”.
In his most recent project, 30 for 30: The Minister of Defense (ESPN), Bragg served as Director and liaison to the wife, son, sister, and cousin of the late Reggie White – key stakeholders of the film being produced.
He is a proven leader and storyteller whose work has pushed boundaries to inspire and empower diverse audiences across the globe. He has compiled 6+ years of experience leading employees, conceptualizing content, and spearheading DE&I efforts for the NFL.
Bragg was recognized with the inaugural "Champion for Change" award in 2022 by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, an honor acknowledging future leaders who drive meaningful progress toward building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive NFL.
